About Jessica

My story began in a small town in Washington State, surrounded by a close-knit family and a strong sense of community. From a young age, I thrived in environments that brought people together, fostering deep connections with those around me.

After getting married, my husband’s military service led us on a journey across various locations, including living overseas. Our time in Europe inspired a love for exploration - visiting new cities, meeting diverse people, and immersing ourselves in different cultures and cuisines. These experiences expanded my appreciation for the beauty and richness of the world, and how it feeds into a deeper sense of well-being.

It wasn’t until I joined a yoga class through my fitness trainer that I truly found my passion. The focus, mindfulness, and deep stretching brought me an unmatched sense of peace and balance. Yoga became a key part of my journey toward holistic wellness, creating a space for me to connect more deeply with myself.

Upon moving to Colorado Springs, I felt a strong calling to deepen my practice. I completed my yoga teacher training and began expanding my knowledge in wellness, mindfulness, meditation, and spirituality, focusing on the powerful connection between the mind and body.

Today, as a passionate yoga instructor, I am dedicated to helping others find balance in their mind, body, and soul. Inspired by the breathtaking Colorado Mountains, where I love to hike and bike, I fully immerse myself in nature’s healing energy, bringing that inspiration to my teachings. My approach is rooted in holistic healing, helping others unlock their potential, release tension, and cultivate mindfulness.

I am excited to be part of The Well-Worn Soul, a team that values spirituality and community, where I can contribute to creating transformative spaces for healing, growth, and connection.

Welcome, Well-Worn Soul.
